President for National Security Affairs. Throughout his 30-year professional
working career, Gary worked 18-years for the federal government as a Mail
Clerk, Intelligence Watch Analyst, Security Officer, Special
Agent/Investigator, Supervisor, Program Manager and Management Training
Instructor.

& Associates, LLC,
a consulting firm specializing in multicultural
management, harassment prevention, facilitation and event management.
Gary also
consults and conducts training seminars and keynote presentations for several companies in the Washington,
DC area.
Gary was a contributing author

Gary
received his BS
degree in Organizational Management from Columbia Union College and his AA in
